6 - ORDER OF ADJECTIVES

I live in a beautiful, 30-year-old, modern home on the third floor of a block of flats. The rooms aren’t very big, but they’re cosy.

There are six rooms. There’s a modern kitchen, a living room with some antique furniture, two bedrooms and a modern study. I don’t have a fireplace as there is central heating, which is cleaner.

The floors are made of ceramic tiles/parquet and the walls are light-coloured. The lighting is modern, but there are some old-fashioned lamps in the bedrooms.
